Requirements:

– Relevant QS knowledge or academic qualifications, relevant work experience is preferred.
– Work attitude is requested to be responsible, positive and motivated
– Can handle project-related issues independently
– Fluent in Chinese and English
– Eligible to work in New Zealand
– Familiar with various software of officework
– Able to measure and estimate material and labor costs
– Have a good understanding of relevant legislation, like NZBC, the New Zealand Building Act 2004.
– Familiar with computer-aided design (CAD)
