Construction
To ensure quality and continuity through all our projects, we secure all our materials through a range of local New Zealand building suppliers. We strive for high-quality builds and interior finishes. Our company undertakes various types of residential construction, such as Single, Duplex, Townhouse, as well as commercial construction.

Aurora is committed to completing construction projects that exceed customer expectations and maximise return on investment.
In 2020, Aurora completed the Hobsonville and Clark Road projects. Efficient and compliant work standards led to a successful council inspection and obtaining of CCC documents. In turn, this allowed the owner to complete the settlement and be highly satisfied with the result.
Subvidision
We provide customers with a comprehensive land division plan in line with their needs and government planning requirements while maximising the use of land space. We can also provide document processing services concerning the use of land.
Planning
Our capabilities extend into architecture concept design and process planning. Should customers require assistance in obtaining resource and building permits, we can provide construction planning and budgeting services. We tailor this service according to each client's needs.
Project Management
Aurora's project management and QS team closely monitor the progress of individual projects. They also maintain an open channel of communication between subcontractors and customers to ensure the build is delivered under the agreed standard.
